Frequently Asked Questions
No, there is no age limit for the Harmonic Egg. It is safe and non-invasive for all ages.
Generally, ten years of age and younger are accompanied by an adult in the Harmonic Egg.
Absolutely! It is a safe and non-invasive relaxation service.
The Harmonic Egg feels spacious when you are inside! We have served several clients who are claustrophobic and have easily accommodated them by keeping the door open to a comfortable distance.
The door does not latch closed and it is not electronically controlled.
There is also a doorbell provided in each egg where you may ring the facilitator at any moment.
Harmonic Egg sessions are not covered by health insurance in Alberta. However, there is a possibility you may be able to submit a session through a health spending account.
We are located on the second floor with access to an elevator. The Harmonic Egg itself is not wheelchair accessible, however you may bring a caregiver to help get you into and out of the Harmonic Egg.
We are happy to book a time for you to come check out the Egg to see if it might work for you. Just give us a call!!!
Your first session is $79 plus tax and any individual sessions thereafter are $120. Check out our packages and membership pricing!
Most clients report benefits after 1-3 consistent sessions.
However, since everyone's situation is unique and can range from moderate mental or physical stress to more chronic conditions, 10 sessions or more may be considered.
Afterwards, periodic sessions are recommended to maintain the benefits and further reduce stress from you know...life out there. We offer various discounted packages and memberships to suit what fits you best.
We run promotions every so often and you can sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know! We also offer military veterans discounts.
Your credit card WILL NOT be processed until after your session is complete unless we need to charge a $60.00 missed appointment fee.
If you prefer not to have a card on file, please give us a call to book your appointment.
We understand timelines can get out of hand and appointments need to be rescheduled. Please be courteous and reschedule or cancel an appointment 24 hours before your scheduled session so someone else can have the time slot.
